A customer is claiming that his tool doesn’t bring the performance shown in the specs: UNIMAT doesn’t reach the maximum set temperature / UNIPLAN doesn’t weld with full speed / TRIAC doesn’t reach temperature / and so on
有很多客戶抱怨機器走的慢,溫度達不到期望值!
In most of these cases “low voltage” is the reason. It can be caused by:

Bad power supply (weak generator, low voltage supply) 發電機電壓低
Bad extension cable (too thin, too long, half broken cables) 電源延長線不合適
Bad junctions (old sockets, old plugs, bad fixation of cable to plug, wrong plugs, no plugs, …) 劣質的插頭
Too many power tools on one power source 多臺設備在一個電源下同時使用
怎樣測量?
1.正確的方式
Always measure as close as possible to the tool with a two way adaptor while the machine is heating!
在設備正常加熱的情況下測量電壓!靠近設備的地方測量!
Double plug right before the tool, while it is heating up.
If you measure the voltage just before the tool on load, you can see what voltage the tool gets while working.
2.不正確的方式
Don’t measure directly at the power supply! 不要測量電源插頭處
If low voltage is displayed, you know there is a problem
If the right voltage is displayed, you don’t know whether the power supply at the machine is okay or not.
Don’t measure directly after at the end of the extension cord!
不要直接測量連接線的尾端!
If low voltage is displayed, you know there is a problem.
If the right voltage is displayed, you don’t know whether the power supply is OK. This can only be tested when the power is under load.
Don’t measure with double plug just before the tool without switching it on! 不要在機器不工作的情況下測量!
